Welcome to The Art Exchange

The Art Exchange is a social initiative designed to sharpen creative skills while initiating relationship building and felt trust. The Art Exchange helps individuals connect and share aspects of themselves, while building a connection with someone else. The activities proposed for the Creative Retreat will include a group dialogue session about implementing effective communication, followed by an introduction of employees to their art pen-pals, and finally an overview of The mission behind the Art Exchange and designated time to start their project.
